How do I Adopt?

 To adopt a Sheltie from Sheltie Rescue of Central Indiana, Inc. you must first complete an application for adoption. If you are interested in adopting a Sheltie please use our Online Form, or  print and mail a copy of this form.

Adoption Fees

The adoption fee to adopt a puppy or young adult up to 18 months of age is $300.
For adults over the age of 18 months, the adoption fee is $250.
For seniors 9 years of age and over, the adoption fee is $75.

Since we are a non-profit organization and the adoption fee often does not cover the expenses of providing routine and necessary medical care for the individual sheltie, donations above the adoption fee are welcome, appreciated, and tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
